Human Resources Administrator (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Independent processing and support of all administrative tasks in the personnel area
• Maintenance of the time management system as well as administration of the personnel master data
• Participation in payroll accounting
• Communication with social security agencies and authorities
• Preparation of statistics and key figures
• Contact person in personnel matters for employees and superiors
• Participation in current personnel projects

Your profile

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training
• At least 2 years of professional experience in payroll accounting and human resources
• Experience in the use of time recording and payroll accounting programs
• Up-to-date knowledge of tax, social security and labor law
• Strong communication skills as well as a high degree of discretion, social competence and trustworthiness
