Order processing clerk (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Independent and complete customer order processing: order acceptance, order entry and order tracking
- Support of our customers in all questions of order processing
- Support of our sales team
- Preparation of export documents
- Coordination of logistics service providers
- Preparation as well as verification of outgoing invoices and credit notes
Your profile
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training
- Confident handling of the current MS Office programs
- Good written and spoken English, other foreign languages an advantage
- Independent, reliable and customer-oriented way of working
